Built for Adults 40+

This Isn't a Big-Box Gym. That's the Point.

Most gyms either give you access to equipment or lead large fitness classes where everyone performs the same workout. Alloy is different.

We provide professional coaching in a small-group personal training environment where members train together but are coached as individuals. Your training is personalized to your abilities, limitations, and goals, delivering personal training without the cost of one-on-one sessions.

Our structured programming removes the guesswork. Our coaches know every member by name. We track progress over time and focus on helping adults build strength that improves everyday life, not just performance inside the gym.

Our members don't simply join a gym. They join a coaching relationship.

“I started with Alloy 7 months ago, and this has been one the best decisions I have made for my health goals. I have really surprised myself with my progress and desire to stick with it. I owe that to the fact that Alloy is not like a traditional gym setting. They offer small group, personalized training. The atmosphere is always fun and positive. The trainers are very encouraging, knowledgeable and always ensure everyone is using proper form and give modifications as needed. It has been great getting to know other members, who are also encouraging and supportive of each other. This is an all around great place, and I look forward to my sessions each week! Thank you Alloy trainers for the great work you do!”

“After my first couple months at Alloy, I've seen more progress and felt more momentum to reach my health goals than I have with any other program. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I love the relaxed atmosphere of the small groups and I always feel comfortable and welcomed. If you feel any reservations about going to a gym like I used to, this is the place you should be!”

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this program really designed for people my age and fitness level?

Yes — while our programs are primarily designed for adults 40-70+, we welcome members of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're brand new to strength training or returning after time off, our expert coaches and supportive small-group format ensure you feel confident, safe, and empowered every step of the way.

What is the Fitness Consultation and what can I expect during it?

The Fitness Consultation is a no-pressure consultation focused on understanding your goals, lifestyle, and any physical considerations. You'll complete an InBody body composition analysis and a functional movement assessment, allowing us to provide personalized recommendations based on your needs and goals.

What is an InBody Scan and why is it helpful?

The InBody Scan is a quick, non-invasive assessment that measures body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and water balance. It provides a more complete picture than weight alone and helps us make personalized recommendations based on your body composition and goals.

Do I have to be in shape already to join?
